Are you slathering on sunscreen before you go outside? The sun has many benefits to people, and although there is the possibility of burning, avoiding direct exposure to the sun at all times will just cause other problems. You can protect yourself (to a degree) with the proper mineral availability to the tissues of your skin. The skin needs calcium. If there isn’t enough, your skin will more easily burn. In order to get calcium to the skin, a few requirements are needed.
Our solution: Standard Process Calcium Lactate, combined with Cataplex F. The sun will handle the vitamin D needed. So, give yourself a sunscreen break – at least for 15 minutes a day.
